Ross Simpson is the managing partner of Simpson & Simpson, and has extensive experience in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, representation of banks in lending transaction, wills and probate matters, representation of clients in oil and gas transaction matters and general transactions, as well as assisting in oil and gas litigations matters.
Ross also works with large and small corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other businesses in both the formation process and long term representing clients in the following industries:
Ross graduated from Texas A&M University (B.S. with honors, 1980); and Southern Methodist University School of Law (J.D. 1983); and is a member of the Wise County Bar Association and State Bar of Texas. Ross resides outside of Bridgeport, Texas, he has three grown children. Ross is active in Grace Fellowship Church and North Tarrant Church. Ross is also a member and active participant in the National Cutting Horse Association, and a member of the board of directors of the Trinity Cutting Horse Association.
